WELCOME!

I'm glad that you've found my site, and I'm delighted that you're considering working with me as a therapist. I hope that the information you find here will help acquaint you with my practice and that it will be useful to you.

I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist; I'm here to help. Please take your time reading my web site, and donít hesitate to call or e-mail me if you have any questions.

The Benefits of Psychotherapy:

I believe we are capable of far more than we realize.  I think of myself as a guide to self-discovery and self-realization. Through individual and couples counseling I have successfully helped people significantly decrease depression, anxiety, sleep disturbance, compulsive behavior, and self-destructive patterns such as alcoholism and eating disorders.  Working together I have also helped people enhance their self-esteem, communication, boundaries, relationship with others, and to work through separation, loss, trauma, school and career difficulties.

In a caring and supportive environment, we will work together to better understand how events from the past might have affected your current perceptions and how your current experiences shape your thoughts, feelings and actions.  My experience and training has enabled me to help many people feel better and to have more fulfilling lives.  If you have a keen interest in feeling better, living your life to the greatest extent possible, and reaching your fullest potential, I encourage you to contact me.
